<p>前 10 名工业级3D打印机供应商中，除两家外，其他所有供应商的出货量都比一年前有所上升，其中 UnionTech-联泰科技、Stratasys 和 3D Systems 的出货量增长显著。</p>
<p>在市场的另一端，个人和DIY爱好者组装3D打印机的出货量则相反。宅在家里的业余爱好者的需求带来了2020 年这些类别的3D打印级出货量增长惊人，但现在销售量正在下降：2021 年第二季度 DIY 打印机的出货量同比增长 18%——远低于最近几个季度的水平——成本低于 250 美元的完全组装打印机的出货量下降了 -32%。这个入门级市场最热门的领域是基于树脂的 LCD 槽式光聚合打印机，占本季度完全组装 3D 打印机所有出货量的 46%，高于 2019 年整体的 10%。</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）估计，到 2040年，全球航天产业的收入将从目前的 3,500亿美元发展到超过1万亿美元的市场规模。根据3D科学谷的市场观察，这其中伊隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）创建的Space X, 以及亚马逊CEO杰夫贝索斯创立的Blue Origin，可能是该产业最大的参与者之一。除此之外，还有起步较晚的Launcher、Relativity Space等初创公司。</p>
<p>Relativity Space这家90后掌舵的初创企业，正在以力挽狂澜的融资之势，向3D打印制造整个火箭发起强烈攻势。就在2019年10月Relativity Space新一轮融资筹集了1.4亿美元（10亿人民币）。而另外一家年轻的公司Rocket Lab（创立于2006年)，则获得了总数超过2.15亿美金（15亿人民币）的融资。</p>
<p>如此强劲的融资背后一方面是航天产业巨大的市场空间，另一方面是新兴的火箭企业独具特色的火箭制造技术。本期，3D科学谷特别分享3D打印火箭发动机推力室，喷射器和涡轮泵专利方面的分析。</p>

<p>根据3D科学谷的市场研究，近日，Rocket Lab所获批的专利US10527003B1(授权日2020年1月7日），则详细的披露了Rocket Lab通过增材制造工艺来制造火箭推力室、用于火箭发动机的喷射器和涡轮泵。</p>

<p>用于火箭发动机的传统涡轮泵组件通常包括由一个或多个涡轮机械驱动的离心推进剂泵。该系统的控制非常复杂，因为需要从推进剂泵流出的少量推进剂来供应气体发生器，从而为涡轮机提供动力。</p>

<p>Rocket lab的专利确定使用增材制造技术用于涡轮泵组件生产可以极大地简化这种系统的组装，通过选区金属熔化工艺来制造各种部件将大大降低这种系统的组装复杂性。</p>
<p>3D打印-增材制造技术允许形成复杂的几何形状，而使用传统的减材加工技术或铸造/注射成型技术很难或不可能实现。3D打印技术的这种灵活性在火箭发动机设计领域提供了独特的机会。</p>

<p>从推力室的分解侧视图可以看出，喷射器122可以插入在盖105和筒部分102之间。推力室通过增材制造技术来制造，材料是钛合金，而喉部103和扩张部104可通过增材制造形成为单件。推力室由三个部分形成，由于推力室具有双壁结构，因此Rocket Lab已经开发出焊接方法以将多个部分组合在一起。</p>
<p>值得一提的是由于这种发动机的构造，控制传统火箭发动机内的冷却剂流动通道110的表面粗糙度是很成问题的。在这种传统制造的火箭发动机中，控制冷却剂流动通道内的表面光洁度的能力非常小，因为在形成冷却剂流动通道之后，通常无法进入通道的内表面。</p>
<p>相反，使用增材制造技术形成推力室的部分提供了相对独特的能力，该能力在两个层面上存在：</p>
<p>首先，可以设计出小的凸块特征，脊，突起，凹谷等，这些特征用于在冷却剂流动通道的特定区域中提供局部变化。</p>
<p>第二，通过调整增材制造技术的加工参数和粉末可以产生不同的表面粗糙度。例如，选区激光熔化金属3D打印加工过程中通常使用的粉末颗粒的平均粒径通常可以在30μm至110μm之间。</p>
<p>改变冷却剂流动通道内的表面粗糙度还可以提供增加的传热特性，其可以在某种程度上补偿用于形成推力室的材料的热特性。例如，在传统推力室中通常使用铜。3D打印的推力室可以使用钛合金（包括Ti.sub.6Al.sub.4V），钢合金（包括不锈钢合金和马氏体时效钢合金）和Inconel合金（例如Inconel.RTM.625（UNS N06625）或Inconel.RTM.718（UNS N07718）），因为这些材料的热导率比铜低一个数量级或两个数量级。</p>
<p>与铜相比，改变冷却剂流动通道内的表面粗糙度可以在某种程度上补偿这些材料的导热系数降低。</p>
<p>当然，根据3D科学谷的市场观察，铜合金目前也逐渐被纳入到选区金属熔化3D打印的加工范围内，其中，NASA就成功3D打印出铜合金燃烧室零部件，这个燃烧室内外壁之间具有200多个复杂的通道。而国内金属3D打印企业铂力特已在铜金属激光成形领域取得了进展，研制出针对难熔金属和高导热、高反射金属的3D打印工艺，实现了复杂流道的铜材料制造工艺，成功制备出3D打印铜合金尾喷管。</p>
<p>Rocket lab的专利显示，可以使用增材制造或3D打印来制造喷射器122。根据3D科学谷的市场研究，喷射器可以是结构一体化整体结构，不需要部件之间的连接，这为喷射器提供了强度和可靠性。选区激光熔化加工过程可能导致成品上的粗糙表面，该粗糙表面可以用磨料去除或清洁。不过表面粗糙是有积极作用的，表面粗糙度导致的推进剂流中的湍流可能推进剂流撞击时协助雾化。</p>

<p>例如，在GE Catalyst 涡轮螺旋桨发动机中，超过三分之一的部件是通过3D打印技术生产制造的，在发动机中有855个单独的部件可以通过增材制造技术组合成12个部件，因此大幅提升了发动机研制速度，还帮助发动机成功“瘦身”100多磅。GE9X发动机拥有304个通过增材制造的零件，涵盖了七大类型的3D打印零部件。从这些应用的发展中，我们清晰的感受到3D打印技术已成为了航空发动机制造领域的核心技术。</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>在计算机、智能手机等电子设备中存在大量的集成电路，高温是集成电路的“敌人”，会导致系统运行不稳，使用寿命缩短，甚至有可能使某些部件烧毁。这些电子设备中的散热器起到了将热量传递出去，调节设备温度的作用。因此散热器对设备长效稳定运行起到了关键的作用。以计算机为例，随着人们对于计算能力要求的提高，对设备散热性能的要求也随之提升，而这对散热器设计优化提出了挑战，其中显著的挑战是在给定体积中将散热表面积和散热性能最大化。</p>
<p>根据3D科学谷的市场研究，增材制造技术，特别是金属3D打印技术在散热器制造中的应用，为散热器设计优化带来了更高自由度，3D打印用于散热器或热交换器的制造满足了产品趋向紧凑型、高效性、模块化、多材料的发展趋势，特别是用于异形、结构一体化、薄壁、薄型翅片、微通道、十分复杂的形状、点阵结构等加工，3D打印具有传统制造技术不具备的优势。</p>

<p>研究团队多年来一直致力于提升双光子光刻纳米级3D打印技术的打印速度，高速3D打印技术FP-TPL的成功开发，来自于一种不同的聚焦光的方法，即利用时域特性生产出具有<span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 255);">高分辨率且具有微小特征</span>的超薄光片。</p>
<p>飞秒激光的使用使研究小组能够保持足够的光强度，以触发双光子过程聚合，同时保持较小的点尺寸。在FP-TPL技术中，飞秒脉冲经过光学系统时会被拉伸和压缩，以实现时间聚焦。该过程可以生成比衍射限制的聚焦光斑更小的3D特征。</p>

<p>现有的纳米级3D打印技术使用直径通常在700到800纳米左右的单点高强度光，将光敏聚合物材料从液体转换为固体，在这一技术中，光点需要扫描整个要制造的结构，因此打印速度受到了限制，也限制了这类技术在大规模生产中的应用。</p>
<p>在新纳米3D打印技术FP-TPL 的研究中，研究人员没有同时使用多个单光点，而是<span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 255);">投影</span>了100万个点，3D构建过程是通过整个投影光平面实现的，而不是通过扫描的单个点来创建的。也就是说，在打印过程中FP-TPL 技术不是通过聚焦一个点进行打印对象构建的，而是拥有一个可以被图案化为任意结构的<span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 255);">整个聚焦平面</span>来实现的。</p>
<p>研究人员使用类似于投影仪中使用的数字掩模来创建图像，从而投影出100万个点。每一个打印层都是由35飞秒的强光束形成的，在投影仪和掩模控制下逐层进行打印。在这种情况下，数字掩模控制飞秒激光在前驱体液态聚合物材料中产生所需的光图案，高强度光会引起材料的聚合反应，将液体变成固体从而形成3D结构。</p>
<p>FP-TPL技术能够在8分钟内打印出过去需要花费数小时才能够完成打印的结构。尽管<span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 255);">速度</span>得到了显著提升，但FP-TPL 技术在实现高速3D打印与保证分辨率之间做了更好的平衡。以往的3D打印技术在打印速度高的情况下，分辨率会受到影响，FP-TPL 3D打印技术的特点是，打印速度得到了显著提升，同时能够实现的深度<span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 255);">分辨率</span>达175纳米，优于现有技术，并且能够实现现有技术难以实现的90度悬垂的结构。</p>

<p>这一技术与消费级3D打印技术不同的是，FP-TPL技术深入到了液体前驱体材料中，可以制造出仅靠表面加工无法生产的结构，例如具有90度的悬垂结构，该结构长宽比与特征尺寸的长宽比超过1,000：1。在FP-TPL 3D打印过程中，光可以被投射到材料中所需的任何深度。</p>
<p>在实验过程中，研究人员在小于100微米*100微米的基底中打印了1毫米长的悬垂结构，由于液体和固体的密度大约相同，打印速度快，悬垂结构在制造时没有塌陷。除了悬垂结构，研究人员还打印了微柱、长方体、线和螺旋等结构对FP-TPL技术进行验证。打印材料为常规的<span style="color: #00ccff;">聚合物前驱体</span>，但研究人员认为该技术也适用于制造前驱体聚合物生成的<span style="color: #00ccff;">金属和陶瓷</span>。</p>
<p>研究人员表示，FP-TPL技术的潜在应用是，进行微小零部件的规模化生产，例如生产智能手机中的组件，以及生物支架、柔性电子器件、电化学界面、微光学元件、机械和光学超材料以及其他功能性微结构和纳米结构的部件。</p>

<p>意大利骨科医疗植入物制造商Lima Corporate 与美国特殊外科医院（Hospital for Special Surgery ，HSS）正在合作建设一家骨科植入物增材制造-3D打印工厂，预计2020年投入使用。正式运营后的3D打印工厂将为HSS 医院制造<span style="color: #00ccff;">定制化植入物</span>（patient-specific custom implants）。</p>
<p>意大利Lima Corporate 是一家提供骨科植入物产品的医疗器械制造商，所提供的骨科产品包括关节植入物和完整的四肢植入物产品组合，最核心的植入物制造技术为 Trabecular Titanium技术。</p>

<p>Trabecular Titanium 技术是一种使用<span style="color: #00ccff;">电子束熔融</span>（EBM）3D打印设备制造钛金属骨科植入物的技术，3D打印的植入物表面具有<span style="color: #00ccff;">多孔结构</span>，与等离子喷涂等工艺制造的表面涂层的不同之处在于，该结构是由3D打印设备直接制造出来的仿生结构，孔的几何结构可以得到精确的控制，例如通过Trabecular Titanium 技术制造的髋臼杯植入物的孔隙率为65%，平均孔径为640μm。金属3D打印技术所创建的多孔植入物结构可以促进骨长入，从而带来更加良好的康复效果。</p>
<p>2007年，Lima 与3D打印设备厂商Arcam 和外科医生Guido Grappiolo博士合作，制造了全球<span style="color: #00ccff;">首个3D打印髋臼杯</span>-Delta-TT杯，该项目成为具有里程碑意义的案例。</p>
